CLAIMING PHASE NOW OPEN!

Please read the instructions, then click on “mobile” or “desktop” at the bottom of the page to launch the claiming application.

APP INSTRUCTIONS. 

 

Click one of the links below using your chosen method (Desktop or Mobile) It's advised to use whichever device you set up your Metamask account from.

YOU WILL NEED ETH in your Metamask to pay for the gas (transaction) fee.

Transaction fee ranges from $1-10

​

If you are unsure of how to get ETH into your wallet, please see the instructions below before claiming your PLURcoin.

​

PLEASE USE THE ORIGINAL DEVICE you created your Metamask wallet on.

Using a different device will display no claimable tokens

​

FOR MOBILE

​

First, please update your Metamask to the newest version via the App Store

​

  • Click the “Mobile” option, you will be prompted to log into your Metamask account

  • Click “Connect to Metamask” at the top.  If you have Claimable Tokens then it will display your pending PLURcoin balance

  • Click “Add PLUR to Metamask” and click “Add Token”. (It will display a balance of 0 PLUR at this stage )

  • Click “Claim” and follow the prompts from Metamask

  • Click “Confirm”  Please wait a few moments for the transaction to process, you will receive a pop-up notification when the transaction is complete

  • You may need to refresh your app to see your PLURcoin in your wallet


 

FOR DESKTOP

You must open the app from Google Chrome and have the Metamask Extension already installed

​

  • Click the “Desktop” option, if you are not already logged into Metamask, it will prompt you to do so now

  • Click “Connect to Metamask” at the top.  If you have Claimable Tokens then it will display your pending PLURcoin balance

  • Click “Add Plur to metamask” and a pop up will appear. 

  • Click “Add Token” (It will display a balance of 0 PLUR at this stage )

  • Back in the application Click Claim and a pop up will appear.

  • Click “Confirm”  Please wait a few moments for the transaction to process, you will receive a pop-up notification when the transaction is complete

  • You may need to refresh your app to see your PLURcoin in your wallet.

COMMON ERRORS

​

Having trouble claiming? These are the most common errors, please double check these

​

Problem: I no longer have access to the wallet address I originally submitted!

Solution: It’s advised that you do your best to try and recover your seed phrase or private key. If after thoroughly checking you still can’t access the wallet then you have missed this round of claiming. Not to worry, there will be a second round of claiming shortly. Please submit a wallet request change in your ICO account and PLEASE save the seed phrase for your new account as there will not be a third round of claiming.

 

Problem: You don’t have any claimable tokens!

Solution: It is recommended that you use the original device that you created your Metamask wallet (mobile or desktop). 

Explanation: If you created the wallet on a desktop and then are trying to claim from your mobile device, there is a chance you have created a new wallet address that the claiming application does not recognize. You must manually import your original wallet to your mobile device using the seed phrase, Metamask does NOT do this for you automatically.

 

Problem: Insufficient gas to pay for the transaction. 

Solution: You don’t have any ETH in your wallet to pay for the gas fee required in the claiming transaction. You can transfer ETH from a coinbase account, or can purchase ETH directly through Metamask using the “buy” icon. These options allow you to link from a debit or credit card.

Explanation: All transactions on the Ethereum blockchain require a gas fee or transaction fee. The cost will depend on how busy the network is at the time. We recommend having about $10 worth of ETH in your wallet prior to claiming.

 

Problem: The application won’t open on your desktop

Solution: The application must be opened from a Google Chrome Browser with the Metamask extension already installed. 

 

Problem: I don’t have any claimable tokens and I am using the correct wallet address 

Solution: You are not connected to the Ethereum Main Network in your Metamask wallet. The Ethereum Main Network will be the default setting in Metamask, which will be indicated at the very top of the screen. If it says a different network (ie Ropsten, Kovan, Rinkeby, or Goerli) then click on the network name and change it to “Ethereum Main Network”.

 

Problem: When clicking mobile on Android the application doesn't load.  

Solution: Via your Metamask extension for mobile tap the three lines in the top left corner and visit the browser. Copy and paste the mobile application’s web address into this browser.

Problem: I still get the white screen in google chrome after checking all the above solutions. 

Solution: Your Metamask site access settings may need changing. Right-click the Metamask extension in Chrome. Click Manage extension, head to site access, and make sure “on all sites” is selected. Please now refresh the application page.

HOW DO I GET ETH IN MY METAMASK

​

Log into Metamask.

​

Click on the “Buy” icon 

 

If you have a Coinbase account older than 5 days follow the prompts to transfer ETH.

 

If you don't have Coinbase we strongly recommend using Wyre, which is the last option in the drop-down menu.
