I've purchased my PLURcoin but my balance doesn't show up in my user dashboard.

If you have received a receipt from Coinbase Commerce and your dashboard has not updated your new token balance, please follow the instructions in this video on how to fix that. We are currently working with Coinbase to fix this issue. Click here for video
I have purchased ETH in Coinbase but when I come to purchase PLURcoin it says I have have insufficient funds in my Coinbase account.
If you are new to Coinbase and are investing a large amount, your funds in Coinbase may not be accessible for up to 5 business days. Connecting PayPal to your Coinbase as a funding source may solve this.
When will I receive my PLURcoin?

You will receive your PLURcoin after the final stage of the ICO is complete.

What is a BEP-20 friendly wallet?
​
PLURcoin is a BEP-20 token issued on the Binance smart chain. To receive your tokens you must set up a Binance smart chain friendly wallet (Not a Coinbase wallet). We recommend Trust Wallet. Please make sure that you copy and paste your Binance public wallet address before submitting your address to us.

How can I buy PLURcoin?

If you are new to crypto, we recommend you download the Coinbase app and purchase an equivalent amount ETH that you would like to invest in PLURcoin. Then login to the PLURcoin dashboard and purchase PLURcoin via Coinbase. Alternatively, if you have a digital wallet (like Trust Wallet) with ETH, BNB, or BTC, you can send it directly to our wallet address during checkout.

How long will the PLURcoin Initial Coin Offering (ICO) run for?
The ICO is expected to run for a maximum of three months from our launch date of July 15th, 2021, but may end earlier based on demand.

What happens at the end of the ICO?
​
We will distribute all PLURcoin purchased during the ICO to investors. We will launch a liquidity pool on PancakeSwap. We will host a burn party including any tokens not sold during the ICO.

What is the difference between BNC & BNC (smart Chain) wallet
Binance (BNC) is for the binance token only. BNC (smart chian) is for any asset that is on the Binanace smart Chain
